The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, would like to extend its congratulations to Ms. Chawanlak Ruangsri (Student ID: 671331006), a Master’s student in Food Science and Technology, on being awarded the JASSO Student Exchange Support Program (Japanese Government Scholarship 2025). She will conduct a research internship at Yamagata University, Japan, under the research topic: “Development of Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread from Red Kidney Bean Flour Supplemented with Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum L.) Flower Extract for Reducing the Risk of Diabetes Mellitus and Others”, from October 2025 to April 2026, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat.
