MIdS CMU Signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Foundation for Older Persons' Development

On Friday, August 29, 2025, MIdS CMU held a signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Foundation for Older Persons' Development and Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University.
The ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, who delivered the opening remarks and introduced MIdS CMU. Associate Professor Dr. Peerasak Lerttrakanon, Deputy Head of Program in Mental Health, shared the objectives of the MoU signing ceremony, while Mr. Sawang Kaewkanta, Director of the Foundation for Older Persons' Development, introduced the foundation.
The event was attended by faculty members, students, and staff from the Mental Health Program, MIdS CMU, as well as executives from the foundation. The signing ceremony was held at Room 2-202, Building 2, MIdS CMU.

This MoU aims to promote learning opportunities, allowing students to participate in study visits, gain practical skills, and learn directly from real working environments at the Foundation for Older Persons' Development. Through this collaboration, students will be able to enhance hands-on experiences and deepen their understanding of elderly-related work in various dimensions. Both parties will further discuss and establish joint action plans to implement this collaboration.
