It sought to encourage graduate students to learn and apply the SROI framework in research activities and social development projects, and to support funding initiatives that emphasize the creation of tangible social value and outcomes. In addition, the workshop contributed to the development of knowledge and empirical data on social returns, serving as a foundation for further research and public policy development. It also aimed to strengthen the capacity of the College as a hub for nurturing professionals capable of driving sustainable development at national and international levels, under the Social Impact Investment Pilot Project, which supports funding for projects focused on generating value through social return on investment assessment.
