On September 4, 2025, the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean, and Assistant Professor Dr. Chaiwat Tungsomchai, Associate Dean, along with supporting staff, conducted a study visit at Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The delegation received a warm welcome from Ms. Pichaya Charoensantisuk,Thailand ICT Academy Manager of Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This activity was conducted under the project “Future-Ready Staff: Embracing the Digital Mindset”, aiming to enhance the capabilities of supporting staff through a study visit to a leading digital technology organization. The program offered insights into effective technology implementation processes, exposed participants to new perspectives and ideas for working in the digital era, and promoted teamwork among ICDI’s support staff. This study visit served as an important opportunity for faculty and support personnel to gain comprehensive insights into the digital transformation landscape, foster future-ready skills, and help cultivate long-term sustainability in their professional practice.
