MIdS CMU Participates in Executive Development Program to Enhance Strategic Planning for Effective Organizational Management From June 12 to 13, 2025, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, joined the Executive CMU Onboarding Program, organized by the Human Capital Division, Chiang Mai University. The program was led by Associate Professor Dr. Apichat Sophadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, along with the college’s executive team and heads of various departments. Participants engaged in knowledge exchange with university executives, exploring systematic thinking approaches and strategic planning for organizational management. The objective was to enable attendees to apply the insights gained to manage their departments effectively and efficiently. The training sessions were conducted by Dr. Chusilp Metheechaiyaphong and his team, and took place in Rooms 2-202 (Building 2) and 3-201 (Building 3) at MIdS CMU.
