The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates Dr. Natthanee Saikaew, lecturer in the Food Engineering and Production Innovation Program, College of Technology and Interdisciplinary Studies, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, on receiving the NRCT Quality Achievement Award for her doctoral thesis entitled: “Synergistic Effects of Black Rice and Green Tea Extracts on the Anti-Aging Properties and Its Application in Functional Rice Drink for the Elderly” (Engineering and Industrial Research Field) Her thesis was supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Niramon Utama-ang.
