MIdS CMU joins NSTDA to host a workshop on “Visualize the Future: Transforming Communication with Infographics & AI”

On November 13, 2025, Multidisciplinary and Interdisciplinary School (MIdS), Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Career for the Future Academy (CFA) under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), organized a hands-on workshop titled “Visualize the Future: Transforming Communication with Infographics & AI.”

The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apichat Sopadang, Dean of MIdS CMU, who gave welcoming remarks, followed by Ms. Malulee Pornchokchai, Director of CFA, NSTDA, who officially opened the session. The training was conducted by Mr. Tinnakorn Promdeema, academic specialist and media developer from CFA, NSTDA.

The workshop was attended by participants from both the public and private sectors, focusing on developing practical skills in:

Applying AI tools for idea generation, content analysis, and creative design.

Designing infographics that communicate complex information effectively and engagingly.

Hands-on AI-powered creative design workshops, exploring diverse approaches to visual storytelling in the digital age.

The event took place at Room 2-202, Building 2, MIdS CMU.

In addition, representatives from both institutions held a meeting to discuss future collaboration on curriculum development, training programs, and skill enhancement initiatives in science, technology, innovation, and future skills.

This collaboration supports the academic MoU between NSTDA and Chiang Mai University, under the joint project for human resource development in science, technology, innovation, and future competencies, aiming to build a high-potential workforce equipped to meet the challenges of 21st-century society and industry.
